Estimated design time will be provided to you prior to start of your project.
*Customer must supply as many images, verbiage and vector-based graphics (logo, image, & text) as possible.

Copyright & Trademarks

Where elements have been supplied to NCE Designs by the client or others on the client’s behalf, the client shall indemnify and keep indemnified NCE Designs against all costs and claims arising out of any libelous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design or any other proprietary right contained in such artwork text, style or graphic.
   Unless specified by the client, NCE Designs in its absolute discretion shall produce all works for production in a resolution/quailty which in the considered opinion of NCE Designs that is most appropriate for any particular application.
   It is understood any and all artwork supplied by client for reproduction, guideline, or production has been supplied to NCE Designs with NO copyright issues and the client will be held responsible for any claims of infringement and NCE Designs will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement. Art work supplied is supplied to NCE Designs with all useful rights applied.
   Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will become an extra charge over and above final cost. All agreements contingent upon strike, accidents or delays beyond our control. Insurance will be applied to all shipments of finished products.

Logo & Artwork Design

We will work with you to optimize your design to work with our service offerings. While we assist with color correction and optimization required, our design services are limited to preparing your artwork (digitizing) for use in our services. Please read Our Logo Design Process for a detailed outline of the process. Designing a logo or your artwork will require additional time and expense. You must call us to discuss your requirements.

Special programs for youth organizations and not-for-profits organizations

We offer special pricing to youth organizations and not-for-profit organizations the meet our criteria. Only qualified organizations will be eligible for the program. Please contact us to see if your organization qualifies for this program.

Product provided by our Customers

We will take customary and reasonable care of the products you provide to us. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by the customizing process. Customers providing products to us assume all risk of damage associated with the customizing process.

Rush Orders

We are committed to meeting our delivery schedules with our customers, and our standard delivery time is 10 business days. If you require your order earlier than 10 business days, you will need to call us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, rush orders often result in a need to have our staff work overtime, which requires us to charge rush fees.

Standard Rush Charges

  • 9 to 6 business days 10%
  • 5 business days 15%
  • 3 to 4 business days 25%
  • 2 business days 50%

Depending on our production schedule, the timing and complexity of your job, and the ability to obtain the blank products, we may consider waiving or reducing the rush charges.

Shipping of your products

All orders shipped will be sent via Fed Ex or US Post Office ground. If you need your product sooner, you must request expedited shipment at the time of your order, which will result in higher shipping charges on the order.

Refund policy

No refunds will be made on product that has been altered, worn or washed. If an ordered is cancelled prior to the altering being done, a refund may be given on any products that can be returned to stock less a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for the services not rendered, but no refund will be made on services performed. However, under no circumstances will a refund be given, other than under guarantee discussed, after 10 days of of the invoice date.

All returns must be approved in writing by us in advance of returning any product. Any returns sent without prior approval or COD will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping to return the product.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If you are not happy with the design work and you do not approve the design work, we will not charge you for our services. All quality issues with the completed customizing must be identified at time of delivery and communicated to us immediately.

If there are are any workmanship or product failure issues, we will, at our sole discretion, refund or replace your product for no charge. Unless there is a workmanship failure (normal wear and tear or abuse are not covered), no refunds or replacements will be given. This guarantee is valid for 90 days after the invoice date.

  • What is your design process?

    We have a simple 4-step process that starts with a no-charge estimate for your logo and customizing work. Go to the "Services" section above to learn more about our process.

  • What is digitizing?

    Digitizing converts your design into a format that can be read by the machines the doing the actual customizing. Not all digitizing process are equal. We are experts in optimizing your design for our processes. We are experts in digitizing and the logo design process.

  • Can I order name brand products through you?

    Yes. We offer name brand products with volume pricing discounting. Our catalogs have name brand products such as Nike, Ogio, Port Authority, Gilden, Hanes and many more that we can embroider for you. Go to the "Products" section above to view our products.

  • Can I return products I purchased?

    Yes. However, we do not accept any returns or issue refunds on products that have been customized, washed or cannot not be returned to stock. See the "Policies" section above to learn more about our returns policy.

  • How will you bill me?

    Once the design is approved, we will require a 50% deposit on all orders for apparel, with the remaining balance due and payable when you pick up your order or prior to shipment.

  • Do you have program for youth focused organizations?

    Yes. We are committed to helping the youth in communities across the country. We have designed special programs that allow us to give back to communities. Contact us to learn more about our special programs and if your qualify to participate.

  • What if I do not have an electronic version of my artwork?

    If you do not have a copy of your logo or artwork, please call us at 714-330-2895. If you need your logo or artwork designed, we may be able to assist you.
